Practicing yoga with a sea view is possible thanks to the initiative of Boutique Hotel Excelsior Congress SPA & Lido from Pesaro, which hosts yoga teacher Annette Dearne Paulsen to give classes to hotel guests throughout the summer season until September 9th. Sessions are held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning at sunrise from 7am to 8am at the Lido Excelsior. With the sound of the sea in the background, you can practice yoga and do targeted breathing exercises to find your well-being and recharge your batteries.
In the heart of Milan
Come again this year yoga festival, the largest yoga gathering in Italy. Get your water bottles and mats ready: the appointment is for Wednesday 21 June from 6pm at the Gianni Brera Civic Arena in Milan. Prior to the training, Antonio Testa, ethnomusical researcher and internationally renowned musician, and the music ensemble Enten Hitti will take participants on a sonic journey that will help enhance the mood of the experience. At the end, the actual lessons of the teacher Carlos Fiel begin. The event is free and open to everyone, but reservations are required.

ViVi, the Food & Lifestyle brand founded by Daniela Gazzini and Cristina Cattaneo, launches the tenth edition of “Live the Greeting to the Sun”, the free yoga review, held at Villa Pamphili, one of Rome’s largest parks. Until September 3rd (with a summer break from August 14th to 20th) you can practice yoga on your own mat in the shade of the majestic pine trees from 7pm to 8pm. To participate, you must activate your ViVi card on the ViVi site. On June 21, 2023, classes accompanied by live music will be held by Michela Maltoni and Federico Insabato.
